This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place; the servers are located in Germany. Technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) are processed in server logs, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or marketing tools. Fonts are served from our own server, not from third parties. No cookie banner is therefore required.
4. Contact and request forms
We process form data to handle your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and delete it when no longer needed.
5. Certificate verification (MVAS Verify)
The public verification page only shows name, course, issue date and status of a certificate, and only when the full certificate ID is entered.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
