01How does the RSA 21 online training work?
You book the training, pick your language and watch the six video modules at your own pace. There is no exam. After the last video your certificate is issued automatically.
02How long is the certificate valid?
The expiry date is shown on the certificate and on the verification page. We remind you by email before it runs out.
03Can companies register employees?
Yes. You invite employees, assign the training and see all certificates in one dashboard, with central billing.
04When will I receive my certificate?
Right after the last video. You can download it as a PDF immediately and also receive it by email.
05Can the certificate be verified online?
Yes. Every certificate has an ID and QR code. At mvas.io/verify anyone can see whether it is valid, expired or revoked.
06Do I have to take an exam?
No. You watch all six video modules in full, then you receive your certificate and the training handbook with the RSA 21 standard layouts as PDF.
07Do I need previous experience?
No. The training starts with the basics and explains everything with real-world examples.
08Can I complete the training on mobile?
Yes. Booking, videos, certificate and handbook all work fully on your phone.
